We use Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings for projects that can be broken down into reasonably simple steel structures... this should not to be confused with the old so-called metal buildings.  Buildings that can utilize this system are less expensive, simpler, require less design, and usually provide a roof in the package.  Long span structures, such as churches, exhibit halls, car dealerships, and sports complexes, are greatly simplified using Pre-Engineered Buildings... both structurally and economically.

We use Conventional Steel Framed Building systems when Pre-Engineered Buildings are impractical.  This style is mainly for municipal structures, multi-story and office buildings.

These are essentially the completion of interiors for our buildings and/or remodeling of existing structures.  We design, or use third party designers, for the renovation of doctors, dentists, lawyers, and general use office spaces.
